1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability, supplier handling times, and order volume.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Supplier delays
  • Holidays
  • Product restocks
  • Unexpected shipping disruptions

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on product source, warehouse location, destination, and shipping carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Canada & USA: 7–21 business days
  • International: 10–30+ business days

Please note that these are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items are shipped from different suppliers or warehouses.

This is normal and does not mean your order is missing items.

4. Tracking

Tracking information may be provided where available.

Please note:

  • Tracking numbers may take several days to update
  • Some shipping methods have limited tracking visibility
  • Updates may be delayed while packages are in transit

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including:

8. Returns

  • Whether the item has been used or opened

Please contact us before attempting to return any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once an order has been processed or sent to fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
